 Essential Duties:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Guiding the team on how to get the most of out self-organization
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example
 </li>
 
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Required Skills/Experience:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 10+ years of overall IT experience
 </li>
 
 <li>
 At least 5 years of experience in one or more flavors of Agile (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean), - SAFE Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is desirable
 </li>
 
 <li>
 8+ years with end to end IT Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management solutions
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Strong project management and experience in both Waterfall, iterative, and Agile methodologies
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Work in client facing, fast pace, and high pressure job
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Ensure co-ordination with Scrum team and product owner on a daily basis throughout the sprint for clear and concise product backlog items
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Hands-on or working experience with Agile tools like Horizon, Riley etc
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Project Management Institute (PMI) certification is desirable (Not must)
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Facilitate daily scrum, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Expert in estimation and planning. Knows how to create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration, which is based on evidence and reliable source
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Should be a good coach in Agile practices; Coach individuals and interactions over processes and tools
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Coach the development team for self-organization and cross-functionality in organizational environments in which Scrum and Agile are not yet fully adopted and understood
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Ability to track and remove impediments
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Should be passionate about championing the customer
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Experience and understanding of backlog tracking, burn-down metrics, velocity and task definition
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Proficiency in processes, tools, and applications commonly used in Information systems development and project management
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Must be able to formally communicate and report to senior management
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Financial Industry experience required (AML, Economic sanctions domain experience will be an advantage)
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Self-motivated to work in a dynamic set up
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Ability to operate in a fast paced environment assimilating large amounts of information quickly
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Desire to take ownership and run the show end to end
 </li>
