 Job Overview
 
 
 
 We are seeking a Social Content Creator/Senior Content Creator who can navigate ambiguity, move quickly and deliver high-impact work. This role requires strong creative instincts, sound judgment and the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
 
 
 Seated in Colle McVoy&rsquo;s Earned and Influence practice, this role is for a social-first thinker who knows what content will resonate, how to make it and how to adapt it in real time.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own end-to-end ideation, capture and execution of high-volume social content across platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop content grounded in audience behavior and performance insights to drive engagement and cultural relevance
 </li>
 <li>
 Adapt ideas into multiple formats and versions based on platform, performance and channel needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor social platforms to identify emerging trends, cultural moments and formats, translating them into actionable content ideas
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze real-time performance to extract insights and continuously optimize content
 </li>
 <li>
 Write and adapt platform-native captions, hooks and on-screen copy aligned to brand voice
 </li>
 <li>
 Consistently generate strong, social-first ideas and concepts across brainstorms, kickoffs and team meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Support content shoots as needed, including assisting with capture and identifying opportunities for social-first content
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Exceptional content creation skills with the ability to concept and execute from start to finish across formats (design, video, editing and writing)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, After Effects, CapCut and similar platforms)
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, algorithms and digital storytelling
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong creative instincts and a clear point of view on what works (and what doesn&rsquo;t) in social
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work quickly and efficiently in both planned and reactive content scenarios
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making in fast-moving, ambiguous situations
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to execute against fast-moving priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of independence, accountability and initiative with the ability to prioritize, problem-solve and move work forward with limited oversight
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional attention to detail and ability to execute work cleanly and accurately
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
 </li>
 <li>
 Curiosity around emerging tools and technologies (AI, editing workflows and content creation tools) and a drive to continuously evolve
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate emerging AI technologies into daily workflows to support innovation, automation, and operational excellence
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field (or equivalent experience)
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;5 years of professional content creation experience, ideally within an agency or fast-paced brand environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience owning end-to-end social content creation across multiple brands or accounts
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 At the time of posting, the base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 Compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness options, agency perks, and the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
