 to own relationships with our top buyers and help drive demand across the
 
 PSA Exchange Marketplace
 
 . You&rsquo;ll act as a strategic consultant, ensuring your accounts have a seamless experience, their purchasing campaigns perform well, and their purchases arrive on time. This role blends relationship management, operational oversight, and strategic growth planning within one of the fastest-growing parts of the Collectors ecosystem.

 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of PSA Exchange buyers, developing tailored strategies to grow their businesses
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor buying performance and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Guide new sellers through setup, best practices, and marketplace tools to ensure smooth adoption and success
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise accounts on pricing, inventory strategy, and other opportunities to improve conversion and buying velocity

 Represent account needs internally by surfacing insights and feature requests that improve PSA Exchange performance and usability

 Who You Are

 Deep experience and familiarity with trading cards

 Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, including external, and drive measurable business outcomes

 Salary Range

We&rsquo;re looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator, Beckett to join our Beckett Collectibles team to manage in-house appointments for order pickups and drop-offs, process orders, and deliver exceptional customer service. You&rsquo;ll also support a range of administrative tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly. 
You&rsquo;ll report to the Customer Experience Manager and work from our Plano, TX office. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Coordinate and manage in-house appointments for order pickups and drop- offs using appointment management software.</li><li>
Track and report appointment data using Beckett&rsquo;s appointment management tools.</li><li>
Process and invoice incoming and picked-up orders within Beckett&rsquo;s order management system.</li><li>
Assist customers by explaining Beckett&rsquo;s order processes and procedures when needed.</li><li>

Greet and check in vendors and remote employees, notifying the appropriate team members of their arrival.</li><li>

We&rsquo;re looking for a Customer Experience Trainer to join the Collectors team and help our team members deliver the &ldquo;white-glove&rdquo; service our valued collectors expect. The Collectors Customer Experience Trainer will be responsible for teaching our Concierge and Submission Center representatives in Santa Ana, CA; Jersey City, NJ; Plano, TX; Boca Raton, FL and Canada. You will be responsible for creating training programs, documentation, and role expectations for the Customer Experience team.
Contribute to the growth and development of the Customer Experience department. Educate and motivate the Collectors Concierge, and Submission Center teams. You will report to the Customer Experience Manager and work onsite in our Jersey City, NJ headquarters with the ability to travel up to 40% to various Collectors offices and PSA Submission Center locations.

Responsible for training our Concierge and Submission Center teams at different locations</li><li>
Lead training in all key areas of the PSA Customer Experience department</li><li>

We&rsquo;re looking for a Customer Relations Supervisor to oversee the Customer Relations Center (CRC) in driving the operational strategy of the customer relations experience. The Customer Relations Supervisor will focus on enhancing the resolution of customer issues over the phone and by email, ensuring the CRC turnaround times are met within timelines of our service level agreements.
The Customer Care Supervisor must also be equipped to guide their team of Customer Relations Specialists by providing mentorship, training and direction. Help define and implement operational and customer relations representative team KPIs for delivery of timely resolution to customer support services issues.</li><li>
Maintain adequate staffing levels for the PSA Customer Relations Representative teams in the Plano, TX office to effectively handle customer cases and resolve issues in a timely manner.</li><li>
Implement and drive continuous improvement to Customer Relations Specialists&rsquo; training and onboarding.</li><li>
Partner with the Customer Relations Manager to collaborate in designing and delivering a seamless customer relations strategy supported by data, brand insights and technology, to deliver on a customer relations experience that is streamlined, optimized and personalized to the &lsquo;collector&rsquo; experience.</li><li>
Be accountable for driving customer resolution turnaround times in the Customer Request Center, and operationally ensuring the requests are maintained to our company service standard timelines.</li><li>
Assisting CRC team members with all queries</li><li>
Proficient in effectively defusing escalated customer calls/ emails and swiftly resolving issues through proactive follow-up</li><li>
Improving the CRC responses</li><li>
Creating policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the CRC team</li><li>
Collaborating with I.T. to develop efficiency features to the CRC portal</li><li>
Aiding with Label Correction, Research and Quality Assurance review responses</li><li>

Who You Are:<ul><li>
6+ years of customer service related experience, with 2+ years supervising a customer service or call center team in a service-based business</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Associate&rsquo;s degree or equivalent working experience highly preferred</li><li>
Proven track record of implementing process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency, increased speed and quality of customer care delivery at scale.</li><li>
Demonstrated success supervising a team, with both a willingness and ability to drive influence and facilitate change.</li><li>
Proven supervisory abilities and skilled at making forward thinking decisions to motivate, and build effective teams to maximize performance and effect organizational change.</li><li>
Clear and professional oral and written communication skills in both positive or negative situations;</li><li>
Ability to diffuse conflict, maintain confidentiality, listen to others without interrupting, keep emotions under control, remain open to ideas and try new things</li><li>
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM; implementation experience is a plus.</li><li>

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $67,535 - $79,453. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
