Job Summary:
Support districtwide outreach and recruitment of prospective students for all Collin College academic and/or workforce programs, including communication efforts and event management. Represent Collin College at outreach events with local high schools and community agencies, through classroom presentations, college/career fairs, campus tours, and the Mobile Go Center.
Required Qualifications:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Responsible for facilitating communication recruitment efforts to support movement from prospective student to enrolled student.</li><li>
Coordinate Mobile Go Center outreach events with local ISD schools and in the community.</li><li>
Coordinate recruiting opportunities with the Texas Association of College Registrars and Admissions Officers (TACRAO).</li><li>
Develop and coordinate college recruitment programs/events in area high schools.</li><li>
Schedule College 101 and Collin College presentations for high school and middle school populations. Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate student ambassadors.</li><li>
Prepare and disseminate Collin College publications to high school counselors and administrators. Coordinate ISD and community group tours at all main campus sites throughout the district. Coordinate college information booths/tables at community events. such as the Plano Balloon Festival.</li><li>
Advise and assist students in developing an academic plan, course selection, schedule changes, course transferability, unofficial transcript evaluation, and course withdrawals.</li><li>
Establish working relationships with various personnel at local institutions and organizations to promote the college's academic and/or workforce programs.</li><li>
Travel within the service area to promote college programs or to attend seminars, workshops, meetings, etc.</li><li>
Prepare reports and evaluations of programs implemented to include tracking and follow-up with prospective students. Maintain confidentiality of student records in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).</li><li>
Remain current in knowledge of external communication best practices to collaborate and assist in creating district publications.</li></ul>

Physical Demands, Working Conditions and Physical Effort 
Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly having to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for the Sedentary Work category and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated Light Work. Positions in this class typically require talking, hearing, seeing, grasping, standing, walking and repetitive motions. Relatively free from unpleasant environmental conditions or hazards. Office environment. Little physical effort required. 
 
Requirements 
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution required. 
Two (2) years of related experience.
Preferred 
Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.

Job Summary:
Provide high-level administrative, operational, and organizational support to the academic/workforce division. This role ensures the efficient execution of division/department processes, including accreditation support, student admissions coordination, and budget tracking. The position requires advanced customer service, data management, problem-solving, and communication skills to contribute to program success and positive institutional outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Manage the divisional/front office to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, ever-changing higher education environment.</li><li>
Serve students through outcome-driven customer support.</li><li>
Use technology to communicate effectively and quickly in a fluid environment by adopting best practices in verbal and written formats. May assist with website updates.</li><li>
Prepare statistical reports using various systems and data management techniques.</li><li>
Execute document management strategies (electronic or paper) to ensure accurate and organized programmatic/departmental/divisional files.</li><li>
Support Districtwide Scheduling processes according to division or departmental needs.</li><li>
Generate reports and assist administration with verification of course schedules.</li><li>

Work collaboratively with others across the college district.</li><li>
Conduct administrative support duties to include planning and coordinating events and meetings, taking minutes, and calendar management.</li><li>
May assist with processing leave and local travel forms, check requests, and other college forms as needed within the division/department.</li><li>
Provide backup to the assistant to the dean at the dean&rsquo;s request.</li><li>
