We prioritize the needs of our clients, taking ownership of every task and approaching our work with efficiency and integrity.Job Description: As a Dispatcher / Service Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently coordinating service calls, technician schedules, and client communication. We're looking for individuals who are ready to manage the day-to-day flow of service operations, handle administrative processing with precision, and make a real impact by being the frontline link between our technical team and customers.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Receive incoming service requests via phone and walk-ins, and schedule appointments accordingly</li><li>Dispatch technicians for installations, repairs, and maintenance calls</li><li>Organize and prioritize workloads to ensure all service deadlines are met</li><li>Enter technician time and parts into invoices with a high level of accuracy</li><li>Maintain manual and digital records for equipment inventory, billing, and job tickets</li><li>Support walk-in customers with parts or service requests</li><li>Call customers when their equipment or vehicles are ready for pickup</li><li>Schedule internet installs, re-installs, and repair appointments</li><li>Assist with vehicle repair scheduling and ongoing maintenance</li><li>Stay hands-on with technical department activities</li><li>Perform various administrative duties as assigned</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a related dispatch or service coordination role</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows 7/10</li><li>Experience with CRM or billing systems; CCI Billing/CRM experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li><li>Customer service mindset and professional appearance</li><li>Ability to prepare administrative paperwork and reports</li><li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and be subject to random testing</li><li>The ability to get stuff done</li><li>Passion for Technology</li><li>Heart to always do the right thing and admit mistakes</li><li>Good communication skills</li></ul>Additional Information:<ul><li>Please include a brief cover letter with your resume describing why you want to work for IT Voice.</li><li>We are also a Team &ndash; so if it would bother you to take out the trash one day, it&rsquo;s probably best you don&rsquo;t apply.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000 &ndash; $60,000 per year, plus potential for additional compensation Benefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Travel reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: On-site at Collins Communications LLC. &ndash; Gillette, WY Company Website: https://collinscom.net/Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
