Requirements</b></h2><div><ul><li>
Commercial Lines experience preferred but willing to train a Personal Lines Producer</li><li>
Property &amp; Casualty License required</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Bilingual preferred.</li><li>
Basic computer skills required.</li><li>
Self-motivated and goal oriented with a positive, professional attitude.</li><li>
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.</li></ul></div>

Assess client needs and present quotes.</li><li>
Set and achieve sales goals with manager guidance.</li><li>
