Location: New Caney, Cleveland &amp; surrounding areas Full-TimeWe are looking for a confident and creative Bilingual Content Creator to be the on-camera face of our brand across social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.This role focuses on creating engaging video content that promotes residential lots, real estate opportunities, and community events, while also representing the brand at live events.If you enjoy being on camera, staying on top of trends, and connecting with an audience through content, this is a great opportunity to grow in a creative and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the on-camera personality for social media content</li><li>Record engaging videos including promotions, Q&amp;A, behind-the-scenes, and trend-based content</li><li>Stay up to date with social media trends and develop creative ideas to increase views and engagement</li><li>Promote residential lots and real estate opportunities in a clear and engaging way</li><li>Attend and create content at live community events when required</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideas and campaigns</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Fluent in English and Spanish (required)</li><li>Comfortable and confident speaking on camera</li><li>Some experience creating videos and being on camera (personal social media experience is acceptable)</li><li>Strong communication skills and on-camera presence</li><li>Creative mindset with the ability to generate content ideas</li><li>Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation</li><li>Availability to work weekends and early mornings/evenings as needed</li><li>Ability to work independently</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to grow within a marketing and content-focused team</li><li>Hands-on experience in social media content creation and branding</li><li>Creative and collaborative work environment</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit your resume along with the following to admin.marketing@terrenoshouston.com:<ul><li>A short video introducing yourself</li><li>(Optional) Links to your social media profiles or previous content</li></ul>We are looking for someone who is ready to bring energy, creativity, and personality to our brand through content.Pay: From $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Drivers licence (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
