Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and be proficient in utilizing various tools and technologies to bring innovative ideas to life. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of our products.Duties<ul><li>Develop and create original designs that align with project objectives and client specifications.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and refine design concepts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.</li><li>Maintain organized documentation of design processes, revisions, and project timelines.</li><li>Ensure all designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet quality standards.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual tasks effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas clearly and effectively.</li><li>A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required for consideration.</li><li>Experience worker on sign shops</li></ul>Join us in shaping innovative designs that make a difference!
