Job Title: Front Desk Team Member (Full Time) Department: Guest Care DepartmentReports to: Guest Services Manager Effective Date: TBDColoroom AVEDA Salon was founded in 2021 and is stylist owned &amp; operated. We specialize in hair care &amp; dimensional color and our salon is integrated with the Aveda lifestyle. We want to be known for our values of being good listeners, doing excellent work, and radiating positivity.Job Summary:We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional individual to join our team as a Front Desk Team Member. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and loves being part of a creative, team-oriented environment.Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet clients with warmth and professionalism.</li><li>Check clients in and out, manage appointment scheduling, and answer phones, texts, and emails.</li><li>Handle payments and support day-to-day front desk operations.</li><li>Assist with light administrative tasks to help the team stay organized and efficient.</li><li>Maintain a welcoming and tidy front desk and salon floor.</li></ul>Required Skills/Abilities: <ul><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Previous front desk experience.</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment..</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette skills.</li><li>A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.</li><li>Flexibility to work at both our Loveland and Fort Collins locations as needed .</li><li>Strong collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to quickly learn and use multiple technology and operation systems throughout the day.</li></ul>Bonus Opportunities:For those with a creative side, there&rsquo;s the opportunity to be involved in our marketing and content creation team &ndash; whether that&rsquo;s helping out with social media, photo/video shoots, or behind-the-scenes content for the salon.Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous salon experience is preferred but not required.Interest in event planning is preferred but not required.Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, move, and be on feet for long hours or extended periods of time.Ability to bend, lift, kneel, and reach throughout the day.Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.If you&rsquo;re passionate about the beauty industry, enjoy helping others, and want to be part of a creative, supportive team, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 &ndash; 32 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
