Landscape Construction Project ManagerWe are seeking a professional, experienced Project Manager to support our expanding commercial landscape construction operations throughout Oregon and Washington. This role is based in our Salem office and includes periodic site visits as needed. Development opportunities are available for the right candidate.Position Requirements<ul><li>Minimum two years of experience in landscape construction or general construction on private and municipally funded projects</li><li>Strong understanding of the full project life cycle, from estimator handoff through punch list and closeout</li><li>Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, specifications, and technical details</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace</li><li>Competence in budget management, cost tracking, progress billing, and basic contract compliance</li><li>Clear, professional communication skills and strong leadership capability when coordinating with field staff, vendors, and general contractors</li><li>Working knowledge of scheduling, material procurement, submittals, and documentation standards</li></ul>Position Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage assigned commercial landscape construction projects from preconstruction through closeout</li><li>Coordinate with estimators, supervisors, foremen, vendors, and office staff to ensure timely and accurate execution</li><li>Maintain project budgets, monitor productivity, and identify variances early</li><li>Prepare and submit monthly progress billings, track retainage, and ensure required documentation is complete</li><li>Conduct regular project reviews, maintain communication with general contractors, and support field teams with technical and logistical needs</li><li>Ensure compliance with project specifications, municipal requirements, and company standards</li><li>Oversee punch list completion and deliver full closeout package</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $52,000.00 - $72,800.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Fuel card</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Budgeting: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Project management: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Salem, OR 97301: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
