With a strong portfolio in mission-critical facilities, we are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with an electrical background to lead our Data Center projects from initiation to successful handover.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Data Center projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, quality, and timelines.</li><li>Manage the project life cycle including design coordination, procurement, installation, testing &amp; commissioning.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate electrical works including power distribution, UPS systems, generators, and other mission-critical systems.</li><li>Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are fully met.</li><li>Develop project schedules, progress reports, and risk assessments.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.</li><li>Manage project teams and provide leadership, mentoring, and performance oversight.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.</li><li>Proven experience (8&ndash;12 years) in managing large-scale electrical projects, preferably Data Centers or mission-critical facilities.</li><li>Strong understanding of electrical systems (HV, MV, LV) and integrated MEP services.</li><li>Excellent project management skills including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera / MS Project) and MS Office.</li><li>Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunity to work on cutting-edge Data Center projects.</li><li>Career growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: KD2,000.000 - KD3,000.000 per month

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead sales and client development in our Steel Structure Fabrication division. The role requires strong technical and commercial knowledge of steel fabrication works, proven business development skills, and a solid network within the construction and industrial sectors.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in steel structure fabrication works.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and clients.</li><li>Prepare, negotiate, and finalize technical &amp; commercial proposals.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, estimation, and production teams to deliver tailored solutions.</li><li>Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.</li><li>Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or Business Administration (preferred).</li><li>5&ndash;8 years of proven experience in business development or sales within steel structure fabrication / construction.</li><li>Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, structural steel standards, and project execution.</li><li>Established client base and network in the GCC / Middle East market (preferred).</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package with attractive incentives.</li><li>Medical insurance and company benefits.</li><li>Opportunity to work on prestigious fabrication projects.</li><li>Professional growth and career advancement.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
