Company Overview: We are a leading MEP Contracting company specializing in high-value infrastructure projects. With a strong portfolio in mission-critical facilities, we are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with an electrical background to lead our Data Center projects from initiation to successful handover.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Data Center projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, quality, and timelines.</li><li>Manage the project life cycle including design coordination, procurement, installation, testing &amp; commissioning.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate electrical works including power distribution, UPS systems, generators, and other mission-critical systems.</li><li>Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are fully met.</li><li>Develop project schedules, progress reports, and risk assessments.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.</li><li>Manage project teams and provide leadership, mentoring, and performance oversight.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.</li><li>Proven experience (8&ndash;12 years) in managing large-scale electrical projects, preferably Data Centers or mission-critical facilities.</li><li>Strong understanding of electrical systems (HV, MV, LV) and integrated MEP services.</li><li>Excellent project management skills including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera / MS Project) and MS Office.</li><li>Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunity to work on cutting-edge Data Center projects.</li><li>Career growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ﷼20,000.00 - ﷼30,000.00 per month
