<div><div><ul><li>Oversee the daily operations of the Urgent Care Center to ensure efficient workflow and patient care.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide direct supervision of clinical staff, including responsibility for staffing, scheduling, and 24/7 clinical coverage.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist providers with direct patient care, including rooming patients, obtaining vital, performing EKGs, point-of-care testing, injections, and other medical assisting duties as needed.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitor patient flow and adjust staffing to meet operational and patient care needs.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure compliance with all safety, infection prevention, and regulatory standards.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of clinic staff.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure exam rooms, equipment, and clinical supplies are clean, stocked, and operational.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Address patient concerns and promote an exceptional patient experience.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Collaborate with providers and leadership to improve clinic operations, quality, and patient satisfaction.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
