<p><b>Job Description:</b></p>

<li>Oversee daily administrative operations and office management</li>
<li>Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents</li>
<li>Maintain client database, records, and project documentation</li>
<li>Assist in bid submissions, compliance, and follow-ups</li>
<li>Manage contracts, POs, invoices, and reporting</li>
<li>Support basic finance (invoicing, payments) and HR coordination</li>
<li>Ensure SOP compliance and improve operational processes</li></ul></div><p></p>
