Exciting opportunity to join an established and supportive integrated behavioral health program in the beautiful Columbia Gorge region of OregonColumbia Gorge Family Medicine is looking for an exceptional Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) to join our established and supportive BHC team. We are a thriving physician-owned patient-centered medical home that cares for approximately 15,000 patients. We provide primary care services including care for pregnant women, delivering babies, outpatient care. Hood River is a rapidly growing but small community with world-class boating, wind sports, skiing, fly fishing, wineries &amp; breweries, and vibrant farmers markets.We are offering:<ul><li>$5,000 signing bonus/relocation package for the successful candidate and eligible candidates living outside of the Gorge may qualify for an additional $5,000 in relocation assistance!</li><li>The salary range is $70,000-$100,000 annually/$40.87-$60.10 hourly depending on qualifications and experience (32 hours/week)</li><li>Eligible to apply for student loan forgiveness through the State of Oregon</li><li>4 clinic days/week schedule plus full benefits; will consider 2-3 days/week as well</li><li>Annual continuing education funds </li><li>An additional $150/mo in bilingual skills pay for those who speak Spanish and English fluently</li></ul>The BHC will be an integral part of our care team providing screening, assessment, and brief interventions for our patients and families. This position also has the opportunity to support our patients through more traditional longer-term psychotherapy.
