This is a client-facing, conversion-driven role responsible for turning new inquiries into retained clients through empathy, clarity, and confidence.If you have strong customer service skills, enjoy helping people in moments of stress, and thrive in a fast-paced professional environment, we want to hear from you.What You&rsquo;ll DoClient Intake &amp; Conversion<ul><li>Answer incoming calls, emails, web forms, and referrals</li><li>Respond to all new inquiries promptly</li><li>Deliver a calm, reassuring, and professional client experience</li><li>Screen and qualify potential cases using firm criteria</li><li>Guide qualified leads through the intake and signing process</li><li>Communicate clearly regarding acceptance, declination, or next steps</li></ul>Case Coordination<ul><li>Assign cases to the appropriate attorney and practice area</li><li>Confirm Statutes of Limitations and calendar deadlines</li><li>Open electronic files and initiate new matters</li><li>Coordinate weekly intake reviews with attorneys and leadership</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Ensure all intake documents are completed and signed</li><li>Issue Letters of Representation promptly</li><li>Maintain accurate records in CRM and case management systems</li><li>Track lead sources, conversion rates, and intake metrics</li><li>Communicate regularly with the Office Manager, COO, and Marketing Team</li></ul>Administrative Support<ul><li>Provide administrative assistance to the Office Manager</li><li>Support daily office operations as needed</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Customer service background required</li><li>Prior law firm intake experience preferred</li><li>Spanish-speaking preferred</li><li>Sales or conversion experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills</li><li>High emotional intelligence and attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable using CRM systems, phone systems, email, and Microsoft Office</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Location<ul><li>Full-time, in-office position</li><li>Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:30 a.m. &ndash; 5:00 p.m.</li><li>Work from our Middletown and Shively offices</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$18&ndash;$22 per hour, based on experience</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off &amp; paid holidays</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Professional development &amp; training</li><li>Growth opportunities within a growing firm</li></ul>Why Colyer Law FirmWe live our Core Values every day:<ul><li>Be bold and take initiative</li><li>Lead with care and compassion</li><li>Do the right things for the right reasons</li><li>Bring positive energy to the workplace</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
