We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Business Partnership Manager to strengthen and expand our partner ecosystem across the Middle East. This role focuses on building, managing, and growing strategic alliances with consulting firms, system integrators, and technology partners serving the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset and proven experience in partner management, channel development, or strategic alliances, preferably in the fintech or enterprise software space. This position plays a critical role in driving indirect sales growth, enhancing partner engagement, and expanding the company&rsquo;s market reach in wealth management and digital banking domains.<p>
Candidate Profile</p><ul><li>
Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership management, channel development, or alliances, preferably within the financial services or fintech sector</li><li>
Proven track record in driving revenue growth and developing successful go-to-market strategies with partners</li><li>
Strong understanding of banking and wealth management technology landscapes, including digital transformation trends</li><li>
Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels</li><li>
Strong communication and presentation capabilities, both written and verbal</li><li>
Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage</li><li>
Willingness to travel frequently across the Middle East region</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus</li></ul>

Your Responsibilities</p><ul><li>

Position and demonstrate the company&rsquo;s wealth management software solutions, including front to back-office capabilities, portfolio management, advisory tools, client onboarding, and digital channels.</li><li>
Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to design tailored demonstrations, proposals, and proof-of-concepts aligned with client requirements.</li><li>
Respond to RFPs/RFIs, providing detailed business and technical inputs that highlight the value and differentiation of the solution.</li><li>
Conduct discovery workshops and presentations to articulate solution capabilities in business terms and translate customer needs into solution architecture</li><li>
Support the end-to-end sales cycle &ndash; from opportunity qualification to contract closure &ndash; ensuring smooth knowledge transfer to the delivery team</li><li>
Maintain up-to-date market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and emerging technologies in wealth management and digital banking</li><li>
Represent the company at conferences, roadshows, and client events across the Middle East to strengthen brand visibility and relationships</li></ul><p>
