<div>We are seeking a highly experienced Pre-Sales Manager with deep expertise in Wealth Management and Private Banking to join our regional team. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating how our innovative digital platforms and IT solutions can enable banks and financial institutions to transform their wealth management capabilities.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in client engagements, solution positioning, and deal acceleration, bridging the gap between client business needs and our technology solutions.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Candidate Profile
</b></h3><ul><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in the banking industry, specifically within wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory
</li><li>Proven pre-sales or solution consulting experience with a technology provider, fintech, or consulting firm focused on financial institutions (preferred)
</li><li>Strong understanding of front-to-back wealth management processes, including advisory, onboarding, portfolio management, compliance, and client reporting
</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and translate complex technology into business value
</li><li>Fluency in English; Arabic speaking is a strong advantage
</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently across the Middle East (approx. 40&ndash;50%)
</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is an asset
</li><li>Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
</li><li>Analytical thinker with the ability to simplify complex concepts
</li><li>High degree of initiative, ownership, and professionalism
</li><li>Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies
</li><li>Strategic and consultative selling mindset

</b></h3><ul><li>Engage with senior executives from private banks, wealth managers, and financial institutions to understand strategic priorities, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation goals
</li><li>Position and demonstrate the company&rsquo;s wealth management software solutions, including front to back-office capabilities, portfolio management, advisory tools, client onboarding, and digital channels
</li><li>Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to design tailored demonstrations, proposals, and proof-of-concepts aligned with client requirements
</li><li>Respond to RFPs/RFIs, providing detailed business and technical inputs that highlight the value and differentiation of the solution
</li><li>Conduct discovery workshops and presentations to articulate solution capabilities in business terms and translate customer needs into solution architecture
</li><li>Support the end-to-end sales cycle &ndash; from opportunity qualification to contract closure &ndash; ensuring smooth knowledge transfer to the delivery team
</li><li>Maintain up-to-date market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and emerging technologies in wealth management and digital banking
</li><li>Represent the company at conferences, roadshows, and client events across the Middle East to strengthen brand visibility and relationships
