This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your organizational talents will shine.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives</li><li>Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy</li><li>Prepare, proofread, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Word processing tools</li><li>Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing systems, and spreadsheet management</li><li>Coordinate office operations including supply procurement, office management tasks, and clerical support</li><li>Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and providing exceptional customer service</li><li>Assist with personal tasks for executives as needed, acting as a reliable personal assistant to optimize productivity</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, and productivity software</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently</li><li>Demonstrated experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles</li><li>Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for client communication and support</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to facilitate diverse client interactions</li><li>Technical proficiency in data entry, proofreading, filing systems, and calendar management</li><li>Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous for financial tasks</li></ul>Join us to be a key player in a vibrant environment where your organizational expertise will drive success.
