In this role, you&rsquo;ll design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families, caregivers, and educators to celebrate every success&mdash;big or small.At our center, you won&rsquo;t just be part of a team&mdash;you&rsquo;ll be part of a family that values compassion, collaboration, and professional growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.</li><li>Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.</li><li>Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide treatment decisions.</li><li>Provide ongoing supervision, training, and performance feedback to RBTs or direct care staff.</li><li>Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.</li><li>Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with ethical and professional standards.</li><li>Stay current on best practices, research, and professional guidelines in behavior analysis.</li><li>Ensure all services meet the requirements of the BACB Ethics Code and applicable funding/regulatory guidelines.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Current BCBA certification (in good standing with BACB) and Texas licensure (TDLR)</li><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field</li><li>Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience (more is welcome!)</li><li>Strong leadership, organization, and clinical skills</li><li>Passion for working with children with autism and their families</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in an in-person team environment</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive annual salary: $80,000&ndash;$90,000 (based on experience and credentials)</li><li>Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (Remote) with 1-year job commitment or $10,000 (Center-Based / In-Home) with 2-year job commitment</li><li>Health, Vision, and Dental Benefits</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>Training allowance for professional development</li><li>Full-time, in-person position&mdash;work directly with clients and staff</li><li>Supportive leadership that values your voice and expertise</li><li>Administrative support so you can focus on providing quality care</li><li>The opportunity to help build a new ABA program and make a lasting difference in the community</li></ul>Core Competencies:<ul><li>Expertise in ABA principles and data-driven decision making.</li><li>Commitment to ethical practice and client dignity.</li><li>Cultural competence and sensitivity.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.</li><li>Patience, empathy, and a collaborative spirit.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>BCBA certification with the BACB (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
