Job SummaryWe are seeking a performance-focused Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in paid advertising. The primary responsibility of this role is to plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms to drive leads, sales, and ROI. The role also includes managing social media pages and handling basic SEO activities to support overall digital growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising (Primary Focus)<ul><li>Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram)</li><li>Set up campaigns including targeting, budgeting, bidding, and ad creatives</li><li>Monitor daily performance and optimize ads to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions</li><li>Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and placements</li><li>Scale winning campaigns while controlling ad spend</li><li>Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics</li><li>Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports</li></ul>Social Media Handling (Secondary)<ul><li>Manage Facebook and Instagram business pages</li><li>Plan and schedule organic posts aligned with ad campaigns</li><li>Monitor comments and messages and ensure timely responses</li><li>Track basic social media performance and engagement</li></ul>Basic SEO Support<ul><li>Perform basic keyword research</li><li>Optimize on-page elements such as meta titles, descriptions, and headings</li><li>Ensure SEO-friendly content practices</li><li>Use Google Search Console for basic performance monitoring</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Not preferred)</li><li>0-1 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising</li><li>Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager</li><li>Understanding of marketing funnels and landing pages</li><li>Experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Meta Pixel, and GTM</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Paid advertising &amp; performance marketing</li><li>Campaign optimization &amp; budget management</li><li>Data analysis &amp; reporting</li><li>Social media page management</li><li>Basic SEO knowledge</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives</li><li>Opportunity to manage high-impact ad campaigns</li><li>Learning and growth opportunities</li><li>Collaborative and performance-driven work culture</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
