Comet Building Maintenance is a family run building maintenance company. We have been in business for over 35 years and have great loyalty and job security with our employees.We are looking for responsible and respectful employees experienced with servicing commercial shopping properties (or willing to learn) to join our team and take care of the cleaning services needed for a shopping center in Daly City.Schedules:<ul><li>Full-time; 40 + hours/week</li></ul>Job Tasks:<ul><li>Changing trash bags</li><li>Cleaning restrooms</li><li>Graffiti removal</li><li>Picking up trash throughout shopping centers</li><li>Cleaning window ledges and removing cobwebs daily</li><li>Blowing and sweeping piles of dirt/debris with leaf blower</li><li>Spot cleaning soiled areas, benches, garbage cans, etc.</li><li>Reporting any problems (damaged buildings, vandalism, illegal dumping, broken lights, etc.)</li><li>Other common building maintenance responsibilities</li><li>Employees able to commute from property to property preferred (includes mileage reimbursement for travel)</li></ul>Basic requirements:<ul><li>Ability to walk 3+ miles / day from making rounds around the property</li><li>Ability to lift objects up to 45 lbs.</li></ul>Payment:<ul><li>$17.50 / hour</li></ul>We are a family-run business, and it is our promise that we offer excellent job security throughout all times of the year for our employees.
