 About the Role
 
 
 
 Experienced BA with strong requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and cross-functional coordination for projects in Qatar/Middle East.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, user manuals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze workflows &amp; propose optimizations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support solution design with tech/product teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle SIT/UAT, impact analysis, feasibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support change requests &amp; enhancements.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 8&ndash;10 years as a Business Analyst.
 </li>
 <li>
 Qatar ID + Arabic Fluency (mandatory).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with GCC clients (preferably Qatar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of BA frameworks (BPMN, UML), Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong documentation, problem-solving, communication.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Preferred
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in digital transformation or enterprise systems.
 </li>
 </ul>
