During peak season (May&ndash;September), overtime may be required, but we work to keep schedules as consistent and manageable as possible.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and oversee HVAC installation jobs from start to finish</li><li>Manage and guide install helpers and crew members on-site</li><li>Ensure all installations meet company standards, codes, and safety requirements</li><li>Maintain job quality, efficiency, and cleanliness</li><li>Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams</li><li>Review equipment and materials for each job</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential required)</li><li>Previous experience leading or mentoring a crew preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and local codes</li><li>EPA Certification (required)</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented</li></ul>Why Join Comfort ExpertsWe&rsquo;re a growing company where your skills are respected and your voice matters.
