Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cashier Cage Casino/Bartender, where you will be at the heart of the action, delivering exceptional customer service while managing cash transactions and serving beverages in a lively casino and hospitality environment. MUST BE 21 TO APPLYDuties<ul><li>Manage cash handling, cashiering, and chip transactions with precision using POS systems -Clover</li><li>Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently at the bar, ensuring compliance with food safety and responsible serving standards</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and creating a lively yet safe environment in both casino and nightclub settings</li><li>Verify identification to ensure legal drinking age and adhere to alcohol service regulations</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier cage, bar area, and gaming tables in accordance with health standards</li><li>Assist with casino operations by processing bets, payouts, and maintaining accurate records of cash flow</li><li>Support food handling and dining services as we have a lounge with a small menu, including banquet or event setups</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in POS systems</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly, professional manner</li><li>Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks during busy shifts in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience in food service or fine dining settings, including serving beverages or food in nightclubs or banquet environments</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and ensuring accurate transactions</li><li>Ability to work effectively in hospitality settings such as casinos, nightclubs, or food industry venues</li><li>Familiarity with beverage sales, brewing processes, or catering operations is a plus</li></ul>Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering top-tier hospitality experiences while ensuring smooth casino operations.
