Comfort IT Solutions is looking for a highly motivated IT Sales Executive with a strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies such as cloud computing, AI, and IoT. The candidate should have hands-on technical understanding and a proven ability to convert opportunities into successful projects.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and IoT applications.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.</li><li>Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos to understand client requirements and propose effective solutions.</li><li>Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and solution documents.</li><li>Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate solution design and delivery.</li><li>Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest technologies in IT security, AI-powered tools, automation, and cloud services.</li><li>Maintain organized sales pipelines and reports through CRM tools.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of B2B IT sales experience in Qatar.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge in:</li><li>Cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, endpoint protection, SOC, MDR, etc.)</li><li>Cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)</li><li>Networking (LAN/WAN, wireless, routing, switching)</li><li>Servers, storage, and backup solutions</li><li>IoT and automation systems (optional but desirable)</li><li>AI-based business tools or software (a plus)</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Fluent in English; Hindi or Malayalam preferred.</li><li>Self-driven and goal-oriented personality with strong closing skills.</li></ul>Preferred Certifications (Added Advantage)<ul><li>Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / Cloud Solutions</li><li>Fortinet NSE / Sophos / Palo Alto Networks certifications</li><li>CompTIA Security+ / Network+</li><li>AWS Cloud Practitioner or IoT Fundamentals</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR5,000.00 per month

IT Sales Executive

Comfort IT Solutions is one of Qatar&rsquo;s growing technology providers, specializing in ELV, ICT, and software solutions. With MOI-SSD approved projects and a strong ELV base, we are expanding into ICT infrastructure and software licensing (Microsoft, CADMate, security tools, and beyond). We are looking for a driven ICT Business Development Manager to lead this growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Business Development</li><li>Identify, develop, and close ICT opportunities (networking, servers, storage, cloud, security solutions).</li><li>Expand the company&rsquo;s presence in software licensing &amp; renewals (Microsoft, CADMate, HP tools, etc.).</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with key clients, government entities, SMBs, and enterprise customers.</li><li>Vendor &amp; Partner Engagement</li><li>Establish and grow partnerships with distributors, OEMs, and software principals.</li><li>Negotiate reseller agreements and partnership tiers for ICT and software vendors.</li><li>Sales &amp; Revenue Growth</li><li>Achieve quarterly and annual ICT/software sales targets.</li><li>Cross-sell ICT add-ons into existing ELV projects (Wi-Fi, UPS, servers, software bundles).</li><li>Build a recurring revenue model through software renewals and service contracts.</li><li>Market Intelligence</li><li>Track competitor offerings and market trends in ICT &amp; licensing.</li><li>Recommend new product lines and software tools relevant to Qatar&rsquo;s ICT market.</li><li>Internal Collaboration</li><li>Work with presales/technical teams to prepare BOQs, proposals, and compliance submissions.</li><li>Support marketing in promoting ICT/software solutions via campaigns, events, and content.</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>4&ndash;7 years&rsquo; proven experience in ICT / software sales or business development in Qatar/GCC.</li><li>Solid understanding of ICT infrastructure (networking, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, cybersecurity).</li><li>Experience in software license sales (Microsoft, Autodesk, CAD tools, security solutions) is a strong plus.</li><li>Existing relationships with vendors/distributors in Qatar.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Valid Qatar driving license preferred.</li></ul>KPIs<ul><li>ICT &amp; software license revenue growth (quarterly/annual).</li><li>New vendor partnerships onboarded.</li><li>ICT/software add-ons sold into ELV projects.</li><li>Client retention and software renewal rate.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
