This role is essential in ensuring that our caregivers are effectively scheduled to meet the needs of our clients. This position plays a vital part in supporting our mission of providing exceptional care while maintaining a flexible work environment for our caregivers.Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate care with the Client Care Coordinator, family members, and other care providers.</li><li>Responsible for updating the physical schedule within the scheduling software and communicating the shift expectations to the assigned team.</li><li>Identifies and makes recommendations regarding any safety concerns of the caregiver or clients.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of caregiver availability and client requests.</li><li>Assist in developing care plans that align with client requirements and caregiver skills.</li><li>Reviews daily care logs to ensure quality care is delivered.</li><li>Answers potential client inquiries whether made via phone or web and schedules in home visits.</li><li>Support administrative tasks related to scheduling and billing as needed.</li><li>Foster positive relationships with caregivers to enhance team morale and efficiency.</li><li>May be required to participate in on-call depending on the needs of the business.</li><li>Determines client recovery activities for deactivations, hospitalizations, hours reductions and or canceled hours. Scheduling Coordinator

<div>The Scheduling Manager is responsible for accurately scheduling qualified caregivers/CNAs based on all new and current clients. The Staffing Manager may also assist with interviewing and training new caregivers/CNAs. One year scheduling experience required. DHS background clearance required.

Benefits: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm 40 hour work week. Paid 10 holidays off. plus 128 hours of PTO/year. Weekly paychecks. Medical Insurance, Vision, Dental, and Life. Paid Lunches on site. In-Person based out of St Cloud, MN.

Job Duties:

<li>Match caregivers to clients based on personality, skill, client's scheduling needs, and caregivers' availability.</li>
<li>Assist Client Case Managers as needed.</li>
<li>Accurately staff clients with caregivers based on location, time, skills/needs, request, etc.</li>
<li>Assist with hiring and training.</li>
<li>Consistently organize caregiver and client's issues (i.e. time off requests, questions, changes in schedule and/or availability concerns).</li>
<li>Effectively and accurately communicate with caregivers, clients, case managers, and office staff.</li>
<li>Communicate staffing needs with the team.</li>
<li>Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.</li>
<li>Build plans and shifts to match insurance codes.</li>
<li>Monitor electronic clocking in/out and late alerts. Track attendance and illness log.</li>
<li>Demonstrate professional and effective communication</li>
<li>Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.</li>

LPN Scheduling Manager

Care for Life LLC is seeking a dependable, experienced, personable, and highly adaptable Float Caregivers to join our team. This full-time position offers guaranteed hours with a consistent schedule during M-F. We are also hiring for someone on the weekends (can be one or both days). We will be hiring 2-3 individuals for this role.
Shift days to be determined at time of hire yet will be consistent each week.
This role is perfect for someone who has caregiving experience, enjoys variety, can self-direct, and is confident working with different clients, homes, and care team members.
