This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your food service skills in a dynamic hospitality environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.</li><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with seating arrangements, and provide friendly customer service throughout their breakfast experience.</li><li>Manage food handling responsibilities with precision, including proper storage, portioning, and replenishment of breakfast supplies.</li><li>Restock buffet items regularly during service hours to ensure a fresh and appealing presentation.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff and housekeeping to uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as host/hostess, server, or catering assistant is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly.</li><li>Experience working with dietary restrictions or food safety protocols is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests courteously etiquette or in person.</li><li>Background in banquet service or hotel hospitality enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest relations.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
