 HVAC Commercial Project Manager/Site Superintendent:

This role is responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of residential and commercial HVAC installations across the Gallatin Valley. Working closely with builders, vendors, technicians, and internal teams, the Project Manager ensures projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with the high standards our customers expect.  Core Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Complete HVAC estimates from Blueprints or performing project walk/meetings with clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Obtain quotes from vendors for equipment and materials as specified on blueprints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Submit estimates by the specified due date.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create submittals, O&amp;M's, and contracts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand pay apps and billing cycles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Heat Calculations using Wrightsoft (training provided if needed).
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain successful working relationships with existing customers as well as establishing new clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Order all equipment and materials from vendors for projects, coordinate deliveries and returns to and from job sites, coordinate material production schedule with the Shop/ Production Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify counts and prices on shipments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain computerized purchase order systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in product and material research for technicians.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, Schedule, Conduct and track regular safety training and safety inspections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate clearly, show recognition and build rapport with employees, co-workers, customers, and vendors.

 Proven track record in operations, with 1-3 years of Project Management (industry-related preferred).

 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy.
