Sr. HVAC Project Technician

Site Civil Superintendent

<div><div>POSITION OVERVIEW:</div><div>
The Construction Superintendent/Site Manager reports to the Director &ndash; Modular Installation and will be responsible for leading field construction teams for all TAS sites.</div><div></div><div>

Work with Aftermarket Service department leadership to develop site staffing plans</li><li>
Follow the instruction of the Director &ndash; Modular Installation to develop, train and manage all site construction personnel</li><li>

Oversee the work of the Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Superintendents and Office Manager at each TAS jobsite</li><li>
Work closely with Site QA/QC Leads and oversee industry standard records for each project</li><li>
Collaborate with clients, General Contractors and TAS Aftermarket leadership to develop and maintain site construction budgets and schedules</li><li>
