Overview Join our dynamic team as a Co-Lead PreK - School Age Teacher, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of young learners! Your passion for early childhood education and commitment to nurturing each child's unique abilities will help lay the foundation for their lifelong learning.What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that promotes literacy, math, and physical education.</li><li>Create a nurturing classroom environment that supports childhood development and encourages positive behavior management.</li><li>Provide individualized support through early intervention strategies for children with special needs.</li><li>Plan and execute engaging lesson plans that incorporate hands-on activities and interactive learning experiences.</li><li>Foster strong communication with parents and guardians to ensure a supportive home-school connection.</li><li>Monitor student progress through standardized testing and assessments, adjusting teaching methods as needed.</li><li>Maintain a safe and organized classroom that adheres to childcare regulations and promotes child welfare.</li><li>Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not required.</li><li>Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, demonstrating effective classroom management skills.</li><li>Familiarity with Montessori methods or similar educational philosophies is a plus.</li><li>Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and tutoring across various subjects including literacy and math.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>Experience with behavior management techniques and understanding of childhood development principles.</li><li>Knowledge of special education practices and early intervention strategies is highly desirable.</li><li>The ability to control a classroom.</li></ul>Why you&rsquo;ll love it here We are dedicated to creating an inspiring workplace where educators can thrive!
