From high-impact campaigns to immersive websites and event creatives, we&rsquo;re looking for a designer who thinks visually, moves fast, and creates work that makes people stop scrolling.If you live inside Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects &mdash; and your ideas feel larger than the canvas &mdash; you&rsquo;ll fit right in.Responsibilities<ul><li>Create high-quality static creatives, banners, brand assets, pitch deck designs, and social media visuals.</li><li>Edit reels, event aftermovies, product promos, animated explainers, and campaign videos.</li><li>Design assets for websites, landing pages, digital ads, and interactive experiences.</li><li>Work closely with the creative lead to bring campaigns, storyboards, and concepts to life.</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables while adding fresh creative direction.</li><li>Adapt designs quickly based on feedback and fast turnaround requirements.</li><li>Contribute to brainstorming, campaign ideas, and art direction for client projects.</li></ul>Must-Have Skills<ul><li>Strong command over Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.</li><li>Ability to design for social media, ads, websites, and pitch decks.</li><li>Solid video editing skills (cutting, transitions, colour grading, pacing, audio syncing).</li><li>Understanding of typography, layouts, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.</li><li>Ability to create short animations / motion graphics (basic-to-mid level).</li><li>A portfolio showcasing strong design sense and editing capability.</li></ul>Good to Have<ul><li>Experience with Figma for web layouts.</li><li>Knowledge of 3D tools (Blender/Cinema4D) is a plus.</li><li>Understanding of brand-building and campaign thinking.</li><li>Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>A visual thinker who understands what captures attention.</li><li>Obsessed with clean design, smooth transitions, and aesthetic storytelling.</li><li>Comfortable working in a high-energy agency environment.</li><li>Hungry to experiment, learn new techniques, and push creative boundaries.</li><li>Someone who wants to grow alongside a fast-scaling creative tech agency.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;10,683.32 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
