Required Qualifications for Consideration:</h1><ul><li>
BE in Electronics/ Electrical / Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering with 1-3 years of work experience</li><li>

Technician, Maintenance

The Enterprise Data Specialist&rsquo;s (EDS) primary function at CommScope is to create and maintain product data and business operations data in CommScope&rsquo;s Enterprise business system (SAP CS1), including data entry and data maintenance. Job Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Support the engineering change process (Change Requests / Change Orders).</li><li>
Support users of these processes, answer user questions and provide training.</li><li>
Review inputs provided by Requestors &amp; Originators for completeness and correctness.</li><li>
Coordinate the overall change process, and workflows needed for reviewing and approving changes.</li><li>
Run and analyze SAP &lsquo;Where-Used&rsquo; reports, and identify global factories impacted by product changes.</li><li>
Interface with multiple cross-functional groups (i.e. Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Finance, Purchasing, Customer Service, etc.).</li><li>
Coordinate product change effectivity dates, revisions, and material dispositions.</li><li>

Job Requirements &amp; Experience Required:</div><ul><li>
Engineering degree with 5+ years working knowledge of SAP business system, data fields, and transaction codes.</li><li>
Experience coordinating change management processes (change requests/change orders) desired.</li><li>
Working knowledge of ECRs and ECOs, and experience maintaining Part Numbers, Revision levels, BOMs, effectivity dates, and controlled drawings (desired).</li><li>

Specialist, Enterprise Data

General Summary: This is an Individual contributor role. Activities that ensure the correct and smooth movement of the material from suppliers to production floor and supporting manufacturing process to complete costumers&rsquo; orders more efficiently. Primary goal will be balancing the competing objectives to maximize customer service, minimize supply chain costs and better Inventory Controls. 
How you&rsquo;ll help us connect the world:<ul><li>
 Using corporate ERP system (SAP), create material inventory/purchasing plans, capacity plans, based on customer forecasts, current sales, seasonal trends and information received from sales to reduce response time to Customer demands and increase market share.
</li><li>Maintain this forecast in response to the following situations:<ul><li>
availability and lead-time of components</li><li>
market forces</li><li>
increased/reduced demand</li><li>
global corporate inventory policy</li><li>
weekly exception report</li></ul></li></ul>

Work with Local and Global procurement teams to resolve any supply issues resulting in delay to serve customer.</li><li>
Direct the control processes including measurement of key performance indicators and recommended actions over the supply chain, planning procedures, manufacturing and distribution. These include metrics for customer service, supply chain costs, and working capital.</li><li>
Identifies changes in capacity or material availability to sales. Elevates issues to management which negatively impacts the MPS, and hence availability to customer</li><li>
Responsible for applying best material availability dates to Sales Orders and Quotations by analyzing the Bill of Material and Plant Capacity.</li><li>
Use inventory management tools to improve turns and reduce non-moving inventory. Expect analytical skills to monitor and escalate planning issues.
</li><li>Expedite supplier materials to meet master schedule needs, Liaising with Shipping Agents regarding imports of Air and Ocean Freight, providing VAT Deferment Authorization, delivery schedules and requests.</li><li>
Liaise with counterparts at other locations to reduce response time to customers who require high value/low usage components within a short lead times</li><li>
Manages work orders from Master Production Schedule to various productions to ensure product availability in line with customer orders.</li><li>
Collaborate with other functional areas to improve planning processes, including Manufacturing, Customer Care, Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing, and Product Line Management.</li><li>
Also responsible for investigating any discrepancies, utilizing ERP systems, around accuracy of inventory (raw, WIP, finished goods), shipments, returns, and invoices</li><li>
Responsible for investigating possible alternative uses of excess and slow moving stock in order to reduce and eliminate this specific area of inventory and optimize usage of material.</li></ul> 
Required Qualification for Consideration
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Work Experience:
<ul><li><div><ul><li>5&ndash;8 years of experience in planning and production within a high-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment.</li><li>
Minimum 3 years of direct collaboration with vendors and planners at sister facilities to acquire parts and meet production needs&mdash;preferably in fiber cable components.</li><li>
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems in material planning.</li></ul></div></li></ul>

The role leads demand generation efforts to deliver qualified leads and support strategic deals through account-based marketing. It works closely with sales to identify growth opportunities and competitive plays.
Additionally, the role monitors market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and provide feedback to product teams, contributing to pricing and solution positioning aligned with global objectives. 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
