The Supervisor&rsquo;s responsibilities impact a highly visible profile of properties for a very important client. We are looking for a dedicated, honest professional that knows how to manage their time well, how to run a small crew, and how to be proactive to grow the account.
The Landscape Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for service delivery excellence:<ul><li>
Manage over 30 properties that need weekly landscape services</li><li>
Supervise and support a small landscape crew over a large local region</li><li>
Supervise on-site operations to meet customer SLAs and day-to-day management as needed</li><li>
Effectively communicate service updates to Customers and management</li><li>
Ensure check-ins and support documentation are submitted using the FieldTeam Mobile app</li><li>
Monitor and track that crews complete work on time and to scope, based on established frequencies and SLAs</li><li>
Manage and resolve escalated and complex Customer and Service Provider issues</li><li>
Provide ongoing field training to crew members as needed</li><li>
Complete site inspections as needed</li><li>
Approve crew employee timecards</li><li>
Ensure compliance to policies and procedures</li><li>
Execute employee performance reviews and facilitate disciplinary actions</li><li>
Be &lsquo;On Call&rsquo; for related Customer inquiries</li><li>
Monitor/Respond to customer service team inquiries and provide timely follow up</li><li>
Responsible for maintaining 100% safety procedures and policies including individual crew members and all equipment including trucks and trailers in a safe working manner.</li></ul> 
Qualified Landscape Maintenance Superintendent applicants possess the following skills/abilities:<ul><li>
Ability, knowledge, and aptitude to train on all required site services</li><li>
Management skills that maintain/improve Customer relationships and crew retention</li><li>
Ability to de-escalate and resolve concerns and work with an attention to detail</li><li>
Excellent work ethic and leadership skills, work independently with minimal oversight</li><li>
Excellent communication skills &ndash; written, in person, and over the phone</li><li>
Effective time management, organization, project management, and task prioritization skills</li><li>
Demonstrate persistence, ability to overcome obstacles, and consistently achieve goals</li><li>
Ability to manage laborer crew in landscape maintenance and manage their time and productivity</li><li>
Ensures excellent customer satisfaction and demonstrates a business mindset</li><li>
Ability to discover substandard site issues and opportunities for improving the properties</li></ul> 
Experience:<ul><li>
4+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping industry</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with no DUI and able to drive a truck with trailer and equipment</li><li>
2+ years of experience in irrigation systems repair and management preferred</li><li>
Small engine repair experience preferred</li></ul>

Salary: Up to $58,000 annually DOE
