Job Summary:Command Logistics LLC. is a provider of warehouse services, committed to delivering efficient and reliable warehousing with a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction, we are currently seeking an Inventory Specialist with expertise in Warehouse environment procedures to join our dynamic team in North Las Vegas, Nevada.Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform system entries to maintain inventory and location accuracy.</li><li>Assist inventory manager in performing tasks, sort and place merchandise in proper stock areas.</li><li>Ensure inventory records are current and up to date. Assist in loading and unloading merchandise on delivery trucks.</li><li>Assist with data entry work on annual physical inventory.</li><li>Research and resolve all keyed issues, adjustments and discrepancies.</li><li>Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.</li><li>Perform routine cycle counting of floor and stockroom inventories.</li><li>Keep managers/supervisors informed of shortages, overloads, damaged merchandise and inventory control.</li><li>Follow safety policies and procedures in reporting accidents in accordance with company policy.</li><li>Complete projects and assignments on time</li><li>Complete other related duties assigned by supervisor and/or department management.</li></ul>Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:<ul><li>Team Player</li><li>Good communications skills</li><li>Problem-solving skills</li><li>Must be physically able to lift up to 50lbs</li><li>Must be a Dependable worker with the ability to carry out a series of work instructions without constant supervision.</li><li>Must be proficient with computer skills</li><li>Be dependable and report to work on a timely manner</li><li>Ability to create a positive and productive working relationship with employees and customers.</li><li>Work independently using effective problem solving skills</li><li>May be required to work some Saturdays for inventory.</li><li>Superior organizational and multitasking ability</li><li>Commitment to accuracy</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, time management skills meeting deadlines.</li><li>Able to manage multiple, complex, on&#8208;going tasks and projects.</li></ul>Experience in Warehouse Inventory preferred.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
