 skilled and motivated Business Development Manager

 Key Responsibilities:

 Identify, reach out, and engage potential clients across
 
 LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter (X)

 Generate leads and close deals through
 
 Upwork
 
 , ensuring consistent new client onboarding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and execute
 
 email marketing campaigns
 
 for client outreach and follow-ups.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and improve lead conversion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track sales activities, maintain client databases, and report progress regularly.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>

 0&ndash;1 years of experience
 
 in business development or sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of
 
 client outreach
 
 on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram &amp; Twitter.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in acquiring clients on
 
 Upwork
 
 (must-have).
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with
 
 email marketing tools
 
 and outreach strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Degree in
 
 Marketing, Business, or relevant field
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Goal-driven mindset with a strong ability to work independently.
