About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to serve as a systems liaison to consultant with internal business lines and vendors to develop and implement technical solutions to meet business needs. Specific focus is on the Commerce Trust Private Banking lending System Administration. The System Administrator will primarily focus on the development of new loan products, testing fixes from the vendor and daily statement validations.
Essential Functions
<ul><li>Provide application subject matter expertise to all levels of internal and external users</li><li>
Provide analysis for and perform system configurations to support business needs - formulates systems to parallel overall business unit strategies</li><li>
Perform unit level testing on system configurations</li><li>
Monitor system use and recommend enhancements for productivity</li><li>
Coordinate communication on application issues (production bugs) between internal customers and external vendors</li><li>
Provides support, consultation and recommendations to clients in resolving technical problems</li><li>
Provide client demos and/or training of online products as requested by administration and/or management</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities Required<ul><li>
Experience in a customer-centric, system administrator role is preferred</li><li>
Effective ability to troubleshoot and problem solve</li><li>
Ability to communicate in user-friendly language to both technical and non-technical end-users</li><li>
Ability to maintain a valid driver&rsquo;s license and meet Commerce Bank&rsquo;s driving record criteria; ongoing employment may be contingent upon meeting all driving requirements</li><li>
Ability to travel as necessary</li><li>
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>
Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>

Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $70,500.00 - $94,500.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to partner with business process owners to understand and document processes, as well as identify and design automation solutions.
Essential Functions
<ul><li>Plan and lead Agile discovery meetings with business process owners and developers</li><li>
Work with business process owner to observe processes to analyze steps, interdependencies, and required applications</li><li>
Think creatively to identify opportunities, non-technical or technical solutions, while completing and refining the cost benefit analysis</li><li>
Create feasible action plans for the solutions to be implemented</li><li>
Create automation design documents and validate with business process owners</li><li>
Document existing and changing requirements while influencing for the optimal solution</li><li>
Improve existing processes with either non-technical or technical solutions</li><li>
Obtain required test data; plan and validate functional &amp; quality assurance testing</li><li>
Collaborate with project stakeholders for test scripts, QA, and deployment</li><li>
Develop and perform rigorous User Acceptance Testing, in conjunction with process owners and project team</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities Required<ul><li>
Intermediate knowledge of business analysis, including how to utilize flow charts</li><li>
Ability to work with a range of technologies including RPA, OCR, and eSignature platforms</li><li>
Ability to liaise between developers and process owners to identify and design automations</li><li>
Strong problem-solving and logic-based reasoning skills</li><li>
Ability to produce clear and concise documentation</li><li>
Ability to work in an agile environment</li><li>
Ability to conduct interviews and build relationships across business, functions, and IT stakeholders</li><li>
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>

3+ years experience in process evaluation, deconstruction and improvement, and experience in IT solutioning, test planning, test execution, and remediation required</li><li>
Interest or experience in RPA technology preferred</li><li>
Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred</li></ul><ul><li>Hybrid Schedule: In office 2 days per week</li></ul>

At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $70,500 to $94,500 annually.
