ABOUT US 78-Clean and 78-Fixit is a women-owned, family-run commercial cleaning and maintenance company that has served Greater Boston since 1977. Our services include floor restoration, lobby cleaning, exterior power washing, and building maintenance.JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a part-time freelance Content Creator to film, edit, and post short-form video content for our Instagram account (@78clean78fixit). This is a contractor role requiring on-site visits to our client locations in the Greater Boston area.RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Film on-site video content at commercial job locations</li><li>Edit Instagram Reels (before/after transformations, behind-the-scenes, service highlights)</li><li>Write captions and select relevant hashtags</li><li>Post content to Instagram on an agreed-upon schedule</li><li>Deliver approximately 4&ndash;6 reels per month</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Demonstrated experience creating short-form social media video content</li><li>Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)</li><li>Reliable transportation to job sites across Greater Boston</li><li>Strong written communication skills for caption writing</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li></ul>PREFERRED<ul><li>Portfolio or active social media account showcasing prior work</li><li>Experience with service industry, trades, or commercial content a plus</li></ul>WHAT WE PROVIDE<ul><li>Camera equipment</li><li>Brand guidelines and content direction</li><li>Flexible scheduling within job site availability</li></ul>To apply, please submit your resume and a link to your content portfolio or social media account.Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Allston, MA 02134
