Position Overview: 
We&rsquo;re seeking a driven and entrepreneur-minded Relationship Development Manager to join our growing team. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in your territory. If you&rsquo;re a hunter with a heart&mdash;someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and believes in a white-glove service approach&mdash;this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals</li>
<li>Conduct site walks and prepare service proposals for inspections, testing, and monitoring across our suite of offerings (extinguishers, sprinklers, alarms, fire pumps, generators etc.)</li>
<li>Present and position FireCloud as a differentiating value-add to prospective clients</li>
<li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with property managers, facilities directors, and procurement teams</li>
<li>Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and activity KPIs</li>
<li>Partner with internal teams (operations, customer service, and finance) to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery</li>
</ul>
Ideal Candidate Profile:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in fire life safety, building services, or B2B service industries</li>
<li>Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets</li>
<li>Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities</li>
<li>Self-starter with high accountability and a team-oriented mindset</li>
<li>Knowledge of local fire codes, NFPA standards, or life safety regulations is a plus</li>
