Our mission is to find out what matters most to our clients and provide exceptional solutions and service to satisfy their Goals.Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Consultant with a proven track record in the Consultative Sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about identifying client needs, building relationships, and delivering Value to Our existing clients and New clients.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute a purpose driven strategy that achieves the goals of your clients and provides them immense value.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.</li><li>Conduct site assessments to determine client needs and recommend appropriate solutions that provide tremendous value adds for the clients.</li><li>Prepare and present compelling Value driven solutions and service agreements that ensure the clients will have a worry free experience for multiple years after their system is installed.</li><li>Collaborate with the installation and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations.</li><li>Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven sales experience in security systems, access control, camera systems (2+ years preferred). whether that be in residential or commercial settings.</li><li>Strong understanding of low voltage technologies and installation processes.</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.</li><li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets.</li><li>Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive base salary plus commission.
