This position plays a critical role in ensuring campaigns are built accurately, reporting is consistent and insightful, and our internal processes run smoothly. You&rsquo;ll work closely with our Digital Marketing Managers and Digital Director to help deliver exceptional results for our clients.If you&rsquo;re passionate about digital marketing, love solving problems, and thrive in a creative, high-energy environment, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in building, monitoring, and optimizing paid search, paid social, and programmatic ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, StackAdapt, etc.)</li><li>Coordinate with Account and Creative teams to gather assets and ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time.</li><li>Manage budget and pacing across campaigns to ensure business objectives are met and media delivers consistent returns for clients</li><li>Pull, organize and analyze campaign data from multiple platforms and update reporting spreadsheets.</li><li>Help maintain and QA Looker Studio reporting dashboards</li><li>Manage and update local SEO profiles across platforms including Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, and Bing Places</li><li>Partner with the Digital team on cross-channel media planning, ad trafficking, and creative asset management</li><li>Conduct market research and competitive analyses to surface optimization and growth opportunities for client campaigns</li><li>Proactively recommend new channels, beta tests, and incremental budget opportunities to support account growth</li><li>Stay current on emerging digital platforms, trends, and tools, and proactively share findings with the team</li><li>Maintain a positive, creative, and collaborative work environment by communicating professionally across internal, vendor, and client relationships</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>0&ndash;2 years of digital marketing experience (internship or agency experience a plus)</li><li>Basic understanding of paid media, SEO, and/or analytics concepts</li><li>Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, StackAdapt, The Trade Desk, or Workamajig is a plus</li><li>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Analytical mindset with a curiosity for testing, learning, and improving performance</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you able to work in-office 4 days per week?</li><li>Are you currently located in the Phoenix Valley, or will you be living here by the end of October?</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chandler, AZ 85225
