Common Goals, Inc. is an Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Rehab facility, offering clients services which include groups, one on one counseling and housing for those in Recovery. Common Goals has been in business in the Grass Valley area for the past 20 years. We are currently hiring for our new Inpatient Facility and are looking for someone that is highly motivated to join our fast-paced environment.Job Summary Assist Executive Directors with the development and implementation of programs and projects.ResponsibilitiesFiling, Documentation Destruction, HR tasks.Special Projects (events, applications, grant development/administration).Assisting in completing needed state/county reports, request for Proposals, Contract Compliance.IT Support: Assist in the day-to-day issues, such as passwords, logins, network access, coordinating with outside IT services, maintain web siteAd and update as needed.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications&middot; If in recovery, must have at least 2 years clean time&middot; Must be able to pass a drug test&middot; Must be able to lift 30 pounds &amp; navigate stairs&middot; Clean DMV will be required&middot; Self-starting/motivated&middot; Knowledge of Excel, Word, EHR and other basic computer skills&middot; Must be compassionate and have good emotional regulationJob Type: Full-timePay: From $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
