 Maintenance Technician
 
 to join our team. As a vital part of our property management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of our properties and ensuring a pleasant living environment for our residents.
 
 
 Our ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a commitment to delivering exceptional service while ensuring that buildings and equipment are kept in optimal condition.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond promptly and effectively to resident maintenance requests and issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs proactively
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update maintenance logs and records, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the Property Manager to prioritize maintenance and repairs based on urgency and budget
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with preparation of units for move-ins, including minor renovations and paint touch-ups
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain the grounds to ensure clean, safe, and orderly external property conditions
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in on-call emergency maintenance rotation as required
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in a residential setting
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to sit, stand, bend, crawl, and stoop for extended periods of time
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to push, pull, lift up to 50lbs regularly
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic computer skills for logging requests and maintenance records
 
 
 </li>
