<div><div><div><p>The Sr. BSE Project Manager is responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating a wide range of engineering assignments. Providing oversight and project management to our agile teams, your core competencies include distributing resources; managing and estimating budgets; supervising team members; and establishing, maintaining and fostering relationships with key clients and stakeholders. The Sr. BSE Project Manager plans and develops complex engineering projects of various sizes, particularly those concerned with unique attributes.
</p><p>WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
</p><ul><li>You earned a BS (and/or MS) in a related field and have at least fourteen (12) years of related work experience &ndash; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
</li><li>Professional Licensure Preferred
</li><li>Ability to foster a creative engineering environment
</li><li>Strong communication skills, (both written and verbal)
</li><li>A masterful understanding of the foundational principles of engineering
</li><li>A track record of providing exceptional design s for a wide range of project types
</li><li>Deep knowledge of construction processes, plans and specifications, as well as their application and relevance to public works and construction projects
</li><li>P roficient in use of AutoCAD, Revit, and other specialty-critical software , as well as the Microsoft Office Suite
</li><li>An ability to prioritize and juggle critical tasks, seeing them through to completion while maintaining high design standards and adhering to established project timelines
</li><li>Flexible and able to a dapt to a fast-paced environment
</li></ul><p>CORE DUTIES
</p><ul><li>Oversee all aspects of concurrent design and construction projects
</li><li>Preplan and determine funding avenues for projects by collaborating with clients, consultants and agencies
</li><li>Develop project scopes and objectives and coordinate all efforts &ndash; administrative and technical &ndash; to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects
</li><li>Attend, participate in and lead client vision sessions
</li><li>Develop new client relationships and work proactively to enhance existing partnerships
</li><li>Assist the marketing team in the development of project proposals, as well as efforts to grow the business
</li><li>Manage or oversee overall project schedules and budgets
</li><li>Provide management of internal finances , which include billing, invoice generation and asset/resource allocation
</li><li>Perform quality assurance/control on other's work, verifying methodolog ies, calculations, outcomes, etc.
</li><li>Keep abreast of new scientific methods and developments affecting the organization for the purpose of recommending changes
</li><li>Supervisory requirements, including recruitment and retention of talent including:
</li><li>Engage and foster the growth of CPL team members. Provide encouragement and regular feedback; and serve as a mentor/example for all levels of the team.
</li><li>Manage/oversee career conversations with your team on an established schedule (annual career conversations, regular check-ins, and the development of career plans for each team member)
</li><li>Develop future leaders within the organization (train your replacement)

</b></p><ul><li>Lead the production of different practice area proposals and qualifications packages and facilitate the creation of branded PowerPoint presentations and interview materials

</li><li>Update and maintain project descriptions, resumes and staff biographies
</li><li>Provide research and support for business development efforts
</li>Participate in internal client development and marketing meetings<br>

<p><b>What You Bring
</b></p><ul><li>BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, English or a related field &ndash; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
</li><li>3-5 years of relevant experience
</li><li>Familiarity with Adobe InDesign
</li></ul><ul><li>Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
</li><li>Ability to communicate efficiently and productively with both internal and external teams
</li><li>Aptitude for producing high-quality deliverables in time-sensitive situations which often require immediate turnaround
</li><li>Accountability, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
</li><li>Previous experience in the AEC industry is a plus
</li>Graphic design or publication design skills are a plus<br>
