</li></ul>As Clinical Education Coordinator, you will:
<ul><li>Direct and provide orientation for new employees</li><li>
Work with the clinical staff during orientation to ensure effective onboarding for Nurses and CNAs</li><li>
Coordinate, conduct and validate completion of competency checklist for all nursing staff upon hire, annually, and as needed</li><li>
Conduct patient care rounds daily to assess educational and clinical needs of the nursing staff</li><li>
Assist in the development of the non-eLearning annual education plan for the center
</li></ul>Qualifications for Education Coordinator:<ul><li>
Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions</li><li>
Three years&rsquo; experience in long-term care with experience as a Nursing Leader</li><li>
Exceptional clinical skills including IV Therapy</li><li>
Solid understanding of federal and state regulations for long-term care</li></ul>

You will:
<ul><li>Help lead our nursing team to provide exceptional care
</li><li>Demonstrate and promote a collaborative service-focused team environment
</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>
Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions</li><li>
One year of experience as an RN preferred
</li><li>Experience in Long-Term Care preferred</li><li>
CPR Certified</li><li>
Ability to motivate, build caring relationships, and communicate effectively</li><li>
