Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions.</li><li>
Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and patient goals.</li><li>
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.</li><li>
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.</li><li>
Educate patients on self-management techniques, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance long-term recovery.</li><li>
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.</li><li>
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Provide guidance and mentorship to support staff and assist with ongoing professional development</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)</li><li>
Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care</li></ul>
Compensation: $2,000+/week (partially non-taxed). Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
