Pediatric Endocrinologist (MD/DO): 
Position Summary: 
The Pediatric Endocrinologist provides comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of hormonal and metabolic disorders in infants, children, and adolescents. This role focuses on evidence-based, patient- and family-centered care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and longitudinal management of complex endocrine conditions across outpatient and inpatient settings.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Evaluate and manage pediatric patients with endocrine disorders including diabetes mellitus, growth disorders, thyroid disease, adrenal disorders, pubertal disorders, bone and mineral metabolism disorders, and disorders of sexual development</li>
<li>Provide outpatient pediatric endocrinology clinic care and inpatient consultation services as needed</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and long-term management strategies</li>
<li>Interpret and manage diagnostic studies including laboratory testing, imaging, and growth data</li>
<li>Manage insulin therapy, diabetes technology, and other endocrine medications</li>
<li>Collaborate with primary care providers, dietitians, diabetes educators, psychologists, and pediatric subspecialists</li>
<li>Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medication management, and lifestyle considerations</li>
<li>Participate in multidisciplinary clinics and care conferences</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation</li>
<li>Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and outcomes initiatives</li>
<li>Supervise and educate residents, fellows, advanced practice providers, or trainees as applicable</li>

Position Summary: 
The Pediatric Critical Care Physician provides comprehensive medical care to critically ill infants, children, and adolescents in the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU). This role focuses on advanced life support, complex medical decision-making, and coordination of multidisciplinary care to optimize outcomes for high-acuity pediatric patients and their families.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Provide direct clinical care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU</li>
<li>Perform comprehensive assessments, daily rounds, and ongoing management of complex medical conditions</li>
<li>Diagnose and manage acute and life-threatening illnesses including respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, neurologic emergencies, and multi-organ dysfunction</li>
<li>Manage advanced life support therapies including mechanical ventilation, vasoactive medications, and invasive monitoring</li>
<li>Perform procedures consistent with training and privileges, such as central line placement, arterial line placement, intubation, and bedside procedures</li>
<li>Interpret diagnostic studies including laboratory data, imaging, and hemodynamic monitoring</li>
<li>Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, surgeons, anesthesiology, nursing, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and other allied health professionals</li>

This role includes evaluation, diagnosis, operative and perioperative management of neurosurgical conditions, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and delivery of evidence-based, patient-centered neurosurgical care.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Evaluate and manage patients with neurosurgical conditions affecting the brain, spine, and peripheral nervous system</li>
