Location: Pikeville, KY 
Job Type: Full-Time 
Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8a-5p.
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Front Desk / Receptionist to join our small clinic team. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key part in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable multitasking, communicating clearly, and assisting with both front desk and light office upkeep responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk &amp; Patient Experience<ul><li>
Open and close the front desk at the beginning and end of each day</li><li>
Greet patients warmly and check them in for appointments</li><li>
Complete patient registration and verify required information</li><li>
Collect forms, update records, and ensure accurate documentation</li></ul>
Communication<ul><li>
Answer and route phone calls in a professional and courteous manner</li><li>
Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email</li><li>
Communicate effectively with providers and staff regarding scheduling and patient needs</li></ul>
Office &amp; Clinic Support<ul><li>
Receive and distribute packages and deliveries</li><li>
Perform light cleaning and janitorial tasks as needed, including:
</li><li><ul><li>Taking out trash and cardboard</li><li>
Keeping front desk and common areas tidy and organized</li></ul></li><li>
Assist with general office organization and day-to-day clinic needs</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment</li><li>
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor</li><li>
Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic office software</li></ul>
