<div>Job Summary: 
Commonwealth Motors, a leading auto dealership in Lawrence, Massachusetts, is seeking a Full Time Office Assistant/Biller/CVR/Title Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an Office Assistant/Biller/CVR/Title Clerk, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our dealership. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling billing and title paperwork, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. This is a Full Time, hourly position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits. 
 
Compensation &amp; Benefits: 
This is a Full Time position with a competitive hourly pay of $23 to $26 , which will be paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan. 
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul><li>Provide administrative support to various departments within the dealership, including sales, service, and finance</li><li>Manage billing and invoicing processes, including data entry, invoice creation, and payment processing</li><li>Handle all aspects of titling and registration for new and used vehicle sales</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle titles, registrations, and liens</li><li>Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to titling, registration, and vehicle sales</li><li>Communicate with third-party vendors, such as banks and insurance companies, to resolve any title or registration issues</li><li>Assist with general office tasks, such as answering phones, filing paperwork, and organizing documents</li><li>Other duties as assigned by the management team</li></ul> 
Requirements: 
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business administration or a related field is preferred</li><li>1-2 years of administrative or office experience, preferably in the automotive industry</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry</li><li>Knowledge of vehicle titling and registration processes is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus</li></ul>
