 Graphic &amp; Visual Design
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design engaging digital creatives for social media posts, internal announcements, emailers, presentations, and campaign assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create print-ready materials, including brochures, posters, standees, event branding, and corporate collaterals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop infographics, layouts, and visual communication assets that align with brand identity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain brand consistency across all outputs.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Illustrations &amp; Video Asset Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create icons, illustrations, and visual elements for both digital and print needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design visual frames, title cards, lower-thirds, thumbnails, and other assets used in video projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the video team to ensure graphic assets fit the production style and storyboard.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Basic Video &amp; Camera Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist with simple camera setups during studio shoots or internal recordings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the team with basic lighting, framing, or equipment setup when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand fundamentals of video composition, aspect ratios, and design-safe zones.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capture simple reference footage or behind-the-scenes clips when needed.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Tools &amp; Technology
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; familiarity with Figma is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable using AI and generative design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, or Figma AI for idea generation and concept development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic familiarity with video tools such as Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (not mandatory but preferred).
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Collaboration &amp; Workflow
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work closely with content, video, and communications teams on ongoing projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized design libraries, templates, and project files.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle multiple design requests while meeting timelines.
