As a Personal Banker, you will be a trusted partner to our Members, guiding their financial journey, strengthening relationships, and helping them grow through:</div><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
Member-Centered Service</b> &ndash; Deliver personalized solutions with a proactive, can-do attitude, meeting Members wherever they are on their financial journey.</li><li><b>
Relationship-Driven Service Deliver- </b>Guide Members through account openings, lending options, and personalized financial solutions using consultative techniques. Build lasting relationships through thoughtful follow-up and goal-aligned strategies that support long-term financial success.</li></ul>
Requirements:

What You&rsquo;ll Bring</b></div><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years of consultative sales experience (financial or retail preferred)</li><li>
Proven success in meeting sales/service goals and cross-selling products</li><li>
Cash-handling accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>
Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Comfort with technology and commitment to confidentiality</li><li>
Knowledge of financial products and basic math proficiency</li><li>
