Position Title: Human Resources Assistant
Department: HR/ Administration
Supervisor: Human Resource Director
Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and other human resources activities.</li><li>Attend job fairs and hiring events to recruit new staff, as required.</li><li>Welcomes employment candidates to the organization during the interviewing process.</li><li>Provide a tour of the facility for recruits.</li><li>Provide ad-hoc reports to Management staff.</li><li>Assist with employee relations concerns on an as-needed basis.</li><li>Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data for special requests and projects.</li><li>Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.</li><li>Maintain quality service by following organizational standards.</li><li>Support all internal and external employment inquiries, requests, special projects, etc.</li><li>Other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Requirements: 
Skills and Knowledge Required:<ul><li>Proven work experience as an HR Administrative Assistant or work in a similar field</li><li>Working knowledge of HR software, such as Paylocity</li><li>Knowledge of labor legislation, laws, and structure</li><li>Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and complete assignments on a timely basis.</li><li>Ability to follow directions.</li><li>Must be dependable and flexible.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality</li><li>Intermediate Microsoft Office Software Skills</li><li>Exceptional writing skills: punctuation, grammar, and proofreading abilities are a must.</li></ul> 
Credentials / Academic Requirements: BS degree in Human Resources or relevant field; required.
